PAYMENT TERMS

Unless otherwise specified in a written agreement, invoices are due within thirty (30) days of the invoice date. FBHS Inc. may require partial or full payment prior to the commencement of certain services. Ongoing projects may be billed in milestones or recurring intervals depending on the engagement structure.

LATE PAYMENTS

Any invoice not paid by the due date may incur a late payment fee or interest charge permitted by applicable law. FBHS Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until outstanding balances are resolved.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Clients may cancel consulting engagements by providing written notice. Refunds are generally not provided for services already performed or for completed project milestones. Any potential refunds for prepaid services will be determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of the project and work already completed.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Any materials, reports, frameworks, or deliverables created by FBHS Inc. remain the intellectual property of FBHS Inc. unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients are granted a limited license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

FBHS Inc. provides consulting services based on professional judgment and available information. However, business decisions ultimately remain the responsibility of the client. FBHS Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

FBHS Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which FBHS Inc. operates.
